No Bake Energy Bites (GF, dairy free)
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 cup coconut flakes
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup honey
¼ cup hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Thoroughly combine and let mixture chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
Roll into balls, and keep in fridge until ready to eat!
