No Bake Energy Bites (GF, dairy free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • ½ cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 1 cup coconut flakes

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Thoroughly combine and let mixture chill in the fridge for 30 mins.

  3. Roll into balls, and keep in fridge until ready to eat!
